I have similar feelings. They are moving into an unlikeable Piper and I am tired of unlikeable protagonists. Too many shows have them.

To me, a more effective scene is afterwards, she wakes up at home. Grace is at college, no friends, no law firm, no Jason, no one to call except Peter.
They deserve each other.

True,
I have no issue with the defense going after Kurt. It's the way it was done.
Diane was clear, fire me and do as you wish. To do it behind her back in court is my sticking point.
Clients usually don't blindside their lead counsel in court. That's why the writing bothered me. A cheap way to make a point.

I could not stop laughing during the part of Frankie and the police. From the moment she was signaled to pull over.

I think she is worse because she genuinely thinks she is a good person. At least Peter owned his scumbagness.
Jackie called it at the end of the party when she said to Alicia "we are more alike than you think" or something like that.

Christine Baranski said she took home the outfits she was fondest of.
To be in her shoes and have that choice. Wow!

Peter wasn't her client, had he been her client she would've second chaired Diane in the courtroom.
She was advising his defense team as it was her lawfirm, but as a spouse who had been called in front of the grand jury that indicted him and claimed spousal privilege, she couldn't defend him.

He makes the comment EVERY week. Wonder what he / she will do with all that pent up dislike.

Ha ha ha, better than what we got.

Not the Lucca we got towards the end who behaved like a teenage sidekick.
The Lucca we met in Bond Court.

Unfortunately I don't comment on any other show as faithfully. The only possibility is How To Get Away With Murder.

Ha ha ha,
True, Claire is an improvement on Le Page

OK

That's good to know.
Thanks for the clarification.

OK.

Ha ha ha

No thanks.
The one take away from this show is that I will never get as invested in anything on TV again.
Thank you for the offer.

I sure hope so. Fans need to be spared of shitty condescending treatment.

Interesting, I didn't consider that view point.
