Skyline GTR came out in the late 60s. The car owes nothing to this “concept.” Why would Nissan shelve this but go forward with the R32 Nissan Skyline due to a potential market collapse that didn’t hit until the early 90s?  This car probably didn’t fit Nissan’s plan at the time, simple as that.  

It’s really the influx of others from out of state and the variance of driving styles from these different regions that has added to the increase of accidents and traffic. You can’t compare a booming economy such as Denver to the Midwest barren lands of Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Of course there will be more
