"white people will ruin anything they touch if provided the chance."

Meta-Deadspin DUAN!

Seeing as how I know fuck-all about football, I might as well ask someone here: Do they have to kick from the center of the field or was Alabama just being retarded and decided not to move five feet to the left?

I can't believe I decided to do this with my life DUAN:

"Pfft, big deal. When someone caught one of my balls deep left it cost me $100 million."

"[M]y humpty nose will tickle ya rear"

Finally, for this week I'll end with my favorite Flux Pavilion track.

Now playing

I can't play this one without dreaming I'm walking out onto the stage of a sold-out concert.

Back on the path of something harder that'll get a party rocking.

Next up is something I only came across recently, but am loving, especially the bongo-like sample.

See also: diving, skateboarding & BMXing. Aesthetics are a part of the judging, but that's not all it's based on. Not just anyone can pilot 2500 pounds 80mph sideways while staying on a predefined line. If it takes an inordinate amount of skill to perform professionally, then by most standards it's considered a sport.

UPDATE: Darren McNamara gets knocked out Top 4, Dai Yoshihara gets the 2011 championship. I kinda hoped McNamara would make it to the final battle against Rhys Millen because Rhys' been on fire since the last round and it would've been super tense, but Yoshihara deserved this championship.

UPDATE: Chris Forsberg gets knocked out Top 4 and is unable to win the championship, but Darren McNamara still has a chance to clinch the championship if he wins this event, with Dai Yoshihara getting the overall win if he fails to do so.

UPDATE: Justin Pawlak choked, got knocked out Top 8 and is no longer eligible to win, but both Chris Forsberg and Darren McNamara can steal the championship from Yoshihara if either wins the event.

UPDATE: If Justin Pawlak beats Darren McNamara in his next run (the one going on now), he clinches the championship. If he doesn't, Chris Forsberg can steal the Championship.

UPDATE: Dai Yoshihara, current points leader, just got knocked out in Top 16 making contact. But he still has a chance to win - as long as Justin Pawlak doesn't win the round, he'll still take the trophy.

UPDATE: The second run b/w Mohan and Tuerck was the best one I've seen this year. Is anyone else looking at this? If not, you're missing out.
