She’s not “just” the producer she’s in charge of Lucasfilm and therefore all of Star Wars. She is to Star Wars what Kevin Feige is to Marvel. It’s not unusual that people would direct their complaints towards the people in charge.

This case would be quite different if she only killed herself. But this isnt just a suicide story. This is a child-murder story. We don’t give passes to pedophiles just because the pedophiles were abused at some point. Whatever her intentions for killing the child, there is no justification.
