All things being equal why is it in the best interests of any child to spend time in prison? It sounds like the child would be better off with family outside of prison and the mother can rejoin the child after she is released from her sentence for manslaughter.

Is the trans community large enough to demand the resources needed to change and maintain that system. Plus there could be a stigma for allowing transpeople on the dating site, and that would be a result of transphobia.

I think a better solution is require people to identify if they are trans and allow users to filter on it. This way if users aren’t interested in dating a Trans person they won’t see the profiles, and those who are interested have an easier time finding those profiles.

It’s not transphobic if you’re straight and only want to date people born to the opposite gender. Dating sites either have to show birth gender or give a way to self identify as trans to be useful to the majority of people.
