The two lawsuits really aren’t similar at all.  Accusations of studios cooking the books in regards to net profits have been around for decades, while Johannson’s lawsuit is very specific to the current entertainment landscape.

I think this article works better as an argument that Reloaded and Revolutions were attempts at grand art that missed than it does as an argument that either were good movies.  I’m not entirely sure I agree that’s what they were, but it is easier to support that position.
