Yeah, I think that’s it. I should’ve thought of that earlier, but that makes the most sense

Is this supposed to be a multiverse story? Or is the Statue of Liberty back to looking like its original self in the MCU?

Confirmed:

sent to live with her estranged aunt (Alicia Silverstone)

Sadly, Aquaman 3: Spiceworld probably isn’t happening.

Did they ever come back to why the lead hunter agent seemed to really want to get Ethan? His partner says pretty early on something to the effect of “this seems personal.”

Agreed. I can only assume there’s some post-processing or something with how they’re filming that will make things look ... less fake?

Now they are “not official”

Yeah, I thought they ended it quite well. My only issue with Dune was the ending, though I know it’s basically supposed to be one movie split into two.

Yeah, I thought that was a perfectly fine use of a macguffin. No one ever complains we don’t know what’s in the briefcase in Pulp Fiction.

Agreed. For me he was the weak part of the movie for me. Maybe they’ll reveal more motivation in the next movie, but to me it seemed like his main reason for being there was that they wanted it to be’s someone bad from Ethan’s past, and that’s it.

Right, but it sure as hell doesn’t help.

As a movie fan, the audio totally bugs me as an artistic choice. As someone who’s hearing sucks, it’s super annoying.

I take it from the villain they showed, The Black Hole takes place in the same universe as this movie?

I’m assuming the killing spree will be the focus of the sequel

Oh now my expectations are going to get way too high. That costume is awesome.

James Gunn skipping SDCC does not bode well for DC Films! Except that we don’t actually know if DC Films is skipping, and they haven’t gotten back to us, and no one else is going either. So it really doesn’t matter. Never mind.

Wait, did I miss the space slug navigator thing in this version?

Oddly, while technically a failure, the original was one of Disney’s best preforming live-action films at the time. But then again, the company’s live-action films around then were all underwhelming.

Yeah, I finally saw it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that the theater, albeit a small one, was fairly full.
