If only more child stars could go along this path.... I’m glad that he found a life that fulfills him.

This isn’t going to help rehabilitate the image of “Florida man” at all, is it?

Watching the previous 4 seasons will just make it easier to point out the little nods to previous things in the series. You can watch it right now and get just as much out of it as a person who’d watched previous episodes would.

I’m a touchy-feely person and even I don’t particularly like when servers touch me. I think that servers can get the same boost that a touch supposedly gives just by being friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever gone ‘well I was going to tip 10 bucks, but my server didn’t touch me so let’s go with 8.50.’

Just an FYI that you should probably do the math at least the first time you see that on a restaurant’s receipt because I’ve seen some examples where those totals are a bit off, both too little and over the percentage. That said, I agree that they ARE helpful.

I find that people who receive baked goods as gifts and don’t bake that much themselves rarely appreciate what it takes to make not only delicious baked goods, but a massive amount of them.

You must have had some really godawful cookies in your time to feel this way. I agree that giving them as gifts should be done only when it’s a part of an overall gift (close family) or to someone you know actually really loves not only the cookie variety you’re giving but your actual baking skills.

This is why I stick to only making a handful of batches during the holiday season. It keeps it fun and ensures that the quality stays up. It also means that I’m more likely to try out a new recipe (like this year’s savory cranberry-pistachio-cheese)because if it bombs then at least only made a batch.

As someone who has seen far too many shows exit the mortal coil after just one or two seasons, I have little patience for people who get all hot and bothered over their show ending, especially when it had 3 season/43 episode run, which is perfectly respectable.

The lack of In the Dark aka the best podcast about true crime and the justice system makes this list suspect.

Agree to disagree

Honestly I’m a little shocked that this was still a thing in 2018.....

For people who are internet savvy enough to understand most things, they sure seem to have forgotten that what’s on the internet lives forever...

I mean on one hand doing this is just not cool. On the other, I can’t imagine ever smacking or tackling my parents for turning off a game. I’m sure I can’t claim that I’d handle it well, but there would not be any sort of violence against others.

This is just exhausting. Please let 2019 be a quiet one from West.

Despite the fact that they’ve got more money than God, it apparently is too much to ask of Disney/Marvel/Pixar/all things Lucas/Fox (honestly it didn’t hit me how much they actually now control in media until Ralph Breaks the Internet).

I mean I’d argue she was back when the show aired, but it doesn’t stop me from just wanting at least one more season of the show.

That it wasn’t a bigger success is still a puzzle to me. I mean Tintin may not be a universally well-known character, but there’s still a lot of fun to be had and some truly outstanding action sequences.

It’s one of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Chicago. I go almost every time I do visit.

Reminder for others for sure.
