This is not a design problem, it is more of a user problem... the percentages of breakage incidents are very minimal to show a correlation to a design flaw.

By the time Sprint releases their WP7 my contract will end... I like Sprint's coverage so I can use my 300 dlls discount to offset some of the cost for a new WP7 Toy and scourge the internets to see what nifty uses I can get out of it. I can always go back to my EVO if I don't really like it...
