I lived there for quite some time and don’t entirely agree. “Tolerant” may be a word, but it’s short-lived and certainly not “accepting.” Speaking as someone who had a lot of gay and lesbian friends while living there, they were expected to hide their lifestyle, as it was played off as “just a phase.” Of course, I

My reaction exactly, but with tears.

I am new to the “reality” that is Andy Cohen, but I’m currently in the “awe” phase.

Tacos, chili, chicken-fried—mmmm....

Oh my GOD so much this. I tried going PESCATARIAN - not even full veggie! — and my toenails started peeling back. And now my newly-vegan ex-roomie keeps trying to guilt me back into it.

I tried one once—ONCE—during a formal event in college and it ended up spilling when I laughed too hard—red blood all over my legs and my lovely sparkly sky-blue dress. There was no hiding it.

*slow clap* Perfect. Utterly perfect.

That is freakin’ legit.

OMG another 2NE1 fan I cannot star this enough!!!

I’m a paranoid kitty-mommy and I wish people would let their cats stay inside, but I understand that’s not always possible (and that cats should be given the choice..??). But that’s entirely because of shit like this happening and because I 1) live in Texas where there are dangerous animals/untrained dogs that will

Whew! You successfully managed to turn my stomach for a good moment!

Austin is a fantastic city—as a cat lover, you will be in great company!

I’m going to go into the conversation tenatively, as my father is pretty much the opposite of what I am in ideology. (He goes on safaris to hunt Kings Trophy animals, for example, enables declawing, etc.) I’m trying to prepare my response if his only response is “well people shouldn’t let their pet cats outside.”

My Dad is a vet in San Antonio, I’ll probably be pressing him about options available for us Texans to make sure she never gets a job again. She wasn’t a TVMA member (shocker /s) but there have to be other options.

Austin County. Not Austin city. Brenham is a city off 290 a little over an hour away from Austin. I promise, Austin (and San Antonio is becoming this way) is much more animal-friendly. San An is my birthplace and my Dad’s a vet there, so I would know! ;) Or maybe I’m just a bit biased.

I hope the school revokes her degree.

Oh God please don’t let there be a GoFundMe for this horrible person I want to call very bad names right now.

I am so, so sad for you. You think your statement is a bragging point and you only show your ignorance. GG. People who care about animals care about people too. There’s not a limit to people’s caring. At least, not ours.

I feel like we must be twins separated at birth.
