Liam O'Brien is an incredible (and rather versatile!) voice actor. He is the voice for Tenma in the dub. If you enjoy his work, he also is the dub lead male Vincent in Ergo Proxy (also a great dub), Grimoire Weiss in the video game "Nier," and Akihiko in all the Persona 3-related properties.

But uuuuugh Detective Conan goes on foreeeeverrr...(which is not to say it isn't good—it's a favorite of mine, but I tend to put it down for a few years and pick it up later.)

I think the best question to ask is "what do you not like about it?" Is it the obnoxious high-schoolers? The stock footage?

I'd say Princess Jellyfish is pretty slice-of-life, though I guess it's a bit heavy on the Rom-Com.

Would you watch/read Brotherhood without watching/reading FMA proper? I am ashamed to admit that I've never delved into this series, even though it's considered part of an anime fan's canon these days.

I wouldn't recommend it because the games are so much better.

Have you tried getting some plug-in pheromones? Fel-A-Way has some that have worked wonders for my cats. They're not the cheapest, but maybe get one for use near the litter box and see how it goes?
