Assuming he’s Jarvis personified, he does resemble Jarvis from the Agent Carter series. My thinking is he (Vision) wants to look human to fit in where as Ultron rejects his “human side.”

Not being familiar with Frank Miller's work prior to the show, the DIY black suit really grew on me. Haven't made it this far in the show yet. Binge watching just isn't my thing. (Believe me it is nearly impossible to watch only one episode at a sitting for this show!)
every fight looked like a classic boxing fight. it was impressive! few punches thrown.. block a few punches.. lean on wall to catch breath (or lay on ground).. then jump kick someone in the face.
with any luck he'll emote through the mask like I wish spidey would.

Assuming Kingpin is one of the majority and is right handed, the view is completely obscured of his right arm/hand/etc and he very well could have a cane. That, or this could be the great cane acquiring scene.
