A Cayman S compared to a TDI had to be a terrible transition. I went from a Legacy GT to the TDI. The car moves when I need it to and in "S" mode does spring in to life. Road tripping, well that's just awesome attempting to hit 50MPG. Sure beats 22MPG in the GT.

a hybrid golf would be the best city car. i don't see too much of a loss in MPG owning a TDI golf. the torque from stop is pretty great too. having not driven any other vehicle on the list i have no idea how torquey the other vehicles are but the TDI is quick from a stoplight.

Number 7 is good. I tried to get my significant other hooked on Fallout 3. It did not work. Despite me playing the game good, bad, neutral, backwards and forwards I cannot only play it for an hour. Thank goodness I curbed the Sims (and Black & White) addiction years ago!
