Not sure if it was eye strain or not, but I used to be dead tired when I get home from a day at the office. Do I still enjoy a 10-15 minute power nap after work? Oh yes, but I no longer need to rest the eyeballs. I do notice a difference when I skip contacts a day and have to wear normal glasses.

keep an eye on woot.com .. they have had gunnar glasses more than a few times in the past couple of months. i have a pair of the weezer gunnars ($40). they won't win any fashion awards and i've lost count of how many "jokes" about the color of the lenses i've heard.
