No problem, I’m also stating on first hand experience as well. 50CC with a weight of 175lbs or so for the cart, where as a normal kei car nowadays is roughly 1600lbs, roughly it’s somewhat similar in hp to weight ratio maricar roughly 6.5 hp, where a normal kei car would be about 65hp (1hp/100lb power to weight

yea Kei Cars that also pull up to the traffic lights side by side like motorcycles must really be a terrible inconvenience to traffic. Also the speed limits are so slow that they get up to speed relatively quickly so they don’t hold up traffic either.

also the additional headroom!

ok nevermind, the idiot also had his garage door open which would have provided enough light to see the manual, and more than likely the lever haha

For all of those people saying read the owner’s manual! It’s in there why wasn’t it in the glovebox!

Would I be a yellow American being of Asian descent?

Some Grade A puns in this thread

Perhaps they saw what happened to Toyota with the Lexus LF-A and didn’t like what they experienced and decided against it.

pending the oem and person it’ll have a different feel of course, but to my experience the sport naked bikes tend to have me a leaned forward just a tad, where a standard bike I’m more upright. Also a standard bike tends to have a bit lower seat height from what I’ve seen.

haha I forgot about her...may have blocked her from my memory, 3/4 lady though should be given a Reliant Robin, dumb people like that don’t deserve 4 wheels.

haha definitely bias showing, b/c the worst one of the series is definitely the 3/4 of a car, only drive on 3 wheels analogy, which is one of the dumbest rationales I’ve seen on TV

seems like he’s lucky there’s no Felony speeding in Arizona

If you read the later comments I addressed my mistake, the B18C5 was a rare usage in the first Elise brought over (only 3), along with the 2zz-ge used later on, was so long ago I mixed up the two in my memory banks.

oh crap mixed it up, was it the Lotus Elise that did that...?

They originally had a rover K engine, and I could’ve sworn the B18C5 was the top end initially. If I’m wrong I’m wrong no sweat off my back.

To my knowledge the original Ariel Atom utilized the B18C5 (Integra Type-R) but those were quite pricey and they ended up going to the 2ZZ-GE (Celica GTS) as those were considerably cheaper. Then to the K series Honda engines again.

I’d agree with the potential no physical harm to the consumer.

That’s how they’re all designed...
