You could see it from space.

Thank you exactly I have been shipping this for like 4 years!! Everyone else is deliberately obtuse or something also I am glad Michonne is getting some!

I always think that, but then the cynical part of my brain takes over.

I agree. I squinted my eyes at the whole not foreshadowing...and then quit reading when he said Jesus set off firecrackers and THEN stole the keys.

Even Danai said on Talking Dead this has been slowly building and the scripts have reflected that. Also, Michonne asked Rick why did he take her in when he didn’t have to (He said “because you had baby formula”). But she/he knew it was more than that.

Completely disagree on on the chemistry. I've been re watching past seasons & I think it's been there since fairly early on.

I’ve been saying Daryl is toast to Negan for a while now and I can so see the idea of Jesus filling that role.

They really should get someone else to do these write-ups

I love Rick’s line in season 4 when he and Carl are holed up in that house, and he goes to see who’s at the door, looks at Carl and says “It’s for you.”

But that is it. Really. They have been a family for quite some time but have not had the chance to actually realize this. Only when things calmed down enough could they let their guard down enough to realize what was right in front of them.

Yeah, I actually really appreciate that their relationship has been built on mutual respect and closeness rather than cliched sexual tension like you see on a lot of shows. This felt more meaningful. And on a show that often has stupid people acting unrealistically, it felt totally earned.

Exactly. They've been giving each other longing looks for years, and have been having "Mom and Dad" type talks ever since they got to Alexandria.

The only problem I have with this is there’s no such thing as a bad Jesus pun.

Thank you. I do not understand why you would have two cars, two drivers and say, “Well, let’s leave this very useful car here and come back for it later.”

Rick and Daryl decide it’s a good idea to leave their car behind.

Remember that one time Lori crashed her car on an empty road, though.

I have been waiting for Rick and Michonne for years, it seems. They make the most sense to me, (more so than Daryl and Carol), but more than that it was handled so sweetly. I sincerely hope this lasts.

God damn was the cinematography lazy and just boring in this episode too. Also once again the plot was telegraphed well in advanced, “hey there’s two of us, let’s just leave this usable car behind. Oh no someone took our only vehicle! D:”

The Jesus Chase scene is the scene that marks the point when TWD characters finally became as dumb as Gotham characters.

i had some major issues with this episode:
