There are some people in my company for whom there aren’t enough things to drop.

I was initially excited about this and considered donating...until I got to the “no ads” part. That stopped me dead in my tracks. What the hell kind of digital business model is that? No idea but maybe other media outlets also don’t want to get on Thiel’s naughty list by helping ressurect what he viewed as a thorn in his side.

You should probably ask on one of the Gawker sites that wasn’t forcefully integrated into the Kinjasphere by Univision.

I’m suprised that the Gawker Kickstarter hasn’t reached its goal yet and how few backers their are. Ideas why?
