"Never mind I'll find someone like you" has a whole new ring to it now.

This may be a cultural misinterpretation, so I take it "How to Survive a Breakout" has nothing to do with a prison escape?
Despite the nudity there's only one tit in the video, and it's not Nayrock Badu.
My kids school (UK) teach reading and writing using "jolly phonics". At 5 years old she can write words ending with "e". i.e made, shade, fade. I'm not knocking the little fella writing the story, just saying this might be beneficial for him. [jollylearning.co.uk]
As an electrician it's a rare event to work alongside a female colleague on site, and working for female boss is rarer still. Sadly the building industry is living in 50's in terms of equality.
Wow thats just crazy. How can someone use as computer with a mindset thats clearly from an ice age ago.
Without seeing or reading the interview I couldn't decide whether he thought cricket was dull. Those were more my feelings than his. But what does annoy me is his use of "gay" and "queer British gay pitch". For someone that gets paid to breath life into the written words it was a lazy thoughtless and derogatory thing…
Completely agree. I don't think the Aussies would describe Bothams bowling during that famous ashes series as "gay". I'd be more comfortable on a rugby pitch than in front of a set of stumps while someone hurls a heavy projectile at me as hard as they can.
Damm, I just posted this up thread. Still there's time to edit it out. great minds and all that. :)
My previous Gif choice already appears down thread so I'll try to leave something else instead.
Using "gay" as a pejorative term is offensive and lazy.

I couldn't choose a favorite, but this is something I return to time and again. I could drown in it. Its so beautiful and sad.
Good point. To be far though her parents were 'self made' wealthy. It made me cringe when reading in the paper that royal aides used to refer to her mother as "doors to manual" because she was once an air line stewardess.
How about Hugh Laurie?
Royal Jubilee = couldn't care less.
Monday is a normally a bank holiday but is Tuesday is an extra one for the jubilee. Hurrah!
No problem at all. Glad you enjoyed it..
The only thing worse than the Daily Mails outlook is knowing their are people out there that read and agree with it.
There was a great article in The Guardian shortly after Bricks first piece, that accuses The Mail of using its female writers to push their own misogynist agenda.[www.guardian.co.uk]
