After so many “gaffes,” I think we need to stop calling these remarks unintentional and start calling them very intentional. You're right to hesitate calling this remark about smart white kids a gaffe.

As we all know, cyanide traps can easily tell the difference between a coyote, a child, or a household pet. And no child or pet ever goes farther than 100 feet from a road, ever! Find me an example!
