Well, it is civil forfeiture, but it’s legally justifiable. This is absolutely not the same thing as a county sheriff’s deputy pulling you over for speeding and taking the $5000 you’re about to use to buy a trailer (for example). That’s legalized theft of property.

This doesn’t seem like a hard one to me - simply offer an electric edition of the 911. There are so many 911 variants available with each model year, just make one an EV. Not only does that give the 911 fan the option, but it gives every other ICE sound addicted fan the same options to choose as always.
