Sorry, but no motors in the Olympics. I’ve ridden trials bikes, and understand the skill and athleticism required to pull some of the amazing maneuvers these things are capable of - but, just no. There are plenty of avenues to showcase competitive trials.

Really depends greatly on the application, but for a good general purpose HOT, my favorite is Endorphin Rush. Serious heat, but a nice sweet and smoky tone. For less heat, I really like Ancho & Morita Smoky Tamarind sauce by Humble House. Kind of thick, so it won’t water down anything.
