Whatevs... :P
Actually the Fire got a lot of positive write ups on here. Not saying Gizmodo doesn't kiss Apple ass, but give them credit when they do give a positive nod to a non Apple device. The same can be said of the Galaxy Nexus.
Looks like what a reject from a dystopian film would wear if it was raining... probably could find someone wearing something like that in the background of some scene in Blade Runner...
What... no endtitles love?!?! My favorite Vangelis track.
Didn't they learn anything from the GoogleTV launch?
Don't mean a thing if you ain't got that erm... relationship and agreements with the content makers and distributors.
Aaaah, thank you. That makes sense.
Should blast this while clearing IUD's with freakin lasers... cause those insurgents to run. Plus the video has aliens in it.
Exactly. The other thing that irritates me is the lack of Twitter integration.
Can someone answer this question for me... why does the Google Street View vehicle I've seen pictures of in Europe look like some bike with a trailer on the end but the ones (at least I think it was one) I've seen here in the states look like Subaru Impreza Wagons? Actually drove past one a few weeks ago.
Actually I've been waiting for brands... so that the independent record labels I'm into will finally create pages to share news, tracks, pictures, event dates and videos about their artists.
Yeah, I have no issue with Winkowski and not trying to steal his thunder... my issue is you had a perfectly working device before... money was spent on that... what happened? Then they just go and reinvent the wheel... more money spent. And far worse, in the mean time, the soldiers didn't even have the benefit of…
Well there's one way to prevent this: fire the people that fall for it.
No no, no no no... this ish better be LTE!
Might want to look into this and update the story... apparently this was developed a while ago by another company: [soldiersystems.net]
I wouldn't feel so bad. It would be one thing if an artificially intelligent machine was made and then we tossed a rubik's cube at it and it solved it that fast after analyzing it for a bit. But the algorithm it is using to solve the cube was designed by humans.
My problem, and I think this may translate to Google+ problems in general is that fact that I follow a lot of artists, musicians, scientists, companies, writers, and the list goes on. I do that because of the interest I have in what they do.
I was just in Sedona, Arizona a few weeks ago. Totally blown away by the beauty. Crap, I need to go back.
Between this and Garmin's Vector pedal power meters... Garmin is really delivering some cool products lately.
I'm not sure why you aren't reporting that the Fire is running a TI OMAP 4 chip. I was curious so I did the research and figured that out. I think it is somewhat important to discuss what kind of chip is in this device.
