After my first marathon, my feet hurt and got so swollen, I could hardly walk. After an ice bath, I had no issues. But the length of time I had to be in that ice bath was excruciating. Hell, if this process does the same in just 2 minutes, I'd take it even though it is pretty damn crazy.
