I almost prefer not have a choice, just because I dislike missing out on the incidental interactions but I don’t really have the luxury of replaying with different combos.

A holiday sale would certainly be fine.
It’s just, if they announced the PS5, and then claimed it’d have PS4 backwards compatibility, I’d probably just wait till the 5, you know?
The appearance of the PS4 pro kept me from jumping into the ps4 ecosystem.
Needs moar Roc feather.
I’ve only listened to his music, never seen him perform.
Wow.
For what little it’s worth, I wish you guys the best of luck.
I thought that was another one of the variant Portal realities? Cave perishes in the Half-life verse, with no digital backup. Lego Dimensions has him as a core?
I’ve found myself enjoying his music (which is surprising, because it’s not my genre) but he is not easy to watch. Like... everything is up to 11, including facial expressions.
It’s kind of strange to think that Portal 2 is as close to closure on the Half-Life series as we may ever get.
Given the state of the world at the end of Portal 2, the Combine have to have lost, otherwise there wouldn’t be quite so much, you know... life. Though that depends on how long Chell was in stasis, I guess.
He did so much in Ragnarok that I honestly thought Thor was going to offer him the throne at the end.
If Asgard is a people not a place, Heimdall did way more to save it than Thor.
$300 - $250 has been my usual price point. I typically don’t count the sale of bundled games towards that calculation, simply because the return on those is highly variable, and the act of bundling typically drives prices down.
While that was very cute, I couldn’t help but recall a certain Earthbound enemy... the Spiteful Crow!
The backlog... it is huge. I can wait.
It’s certainly possible that they don’t, but I suspect that next gen consoles will keep the same architecture with better components (a pro-ier pro, if that makes sense), which should make it relatively simple to do.
I was ready to bite on a PS4... and then the Pro was announced. Now I must wait for it to reach a reasonable price.
Was there confirmation of the Prague trip? The last I’d heard it was reported that there might be evidence of it, but it was loosely sourced and there was some doubt about it.
Even were she seeking peaceful coexistence, she would be an existential threat. That could pose an interesting moral quandry though.
I’d argue that the cases are different. The generational turnover cannot be avoided (though there are some hints Westworld may explore if that is actually the case).
The AI does not hate you, nor does it love you, but you are made of atoms which it can use for something else. - Eliezer Yudkowsky
The article postulates that roguelikes were a relatively obscure genre prior to Spelunky, but I’m not sure that’s the case. Diablo, and Diablo II both predate it, and both were released to wide appeal?
