Agreed. I had dinner with some VC’s earlier tonight and all they talked about was how tired they are of listening to pitches from avaricious tech-bros trying to create the next Facebook or Snapchat. They want to invest in clean energy, biotech, and healthcare.

Eve, you said, “Tech isn’t inherently innovative nor is it a solution to the world’s problems.” I can’t object enough to this line of thinking.

I’m a CQF holder who took the CFA Level I last month and I’m cringing over this article because I know it’ll be confusing for most people. Which sucks because the more people participate in capital markets, the better it works for everyone.
