Perfectly happy with my classic Mini.....

The way these contests work is that the entity giving away the prize buys an insurance policy in the amount of the prize (in this case, the cost of the truck). If the golfer hits the hole in one, the insurance pays off and the dealership sells the car, not gives it away. The answer is right there in the article - they

Just what we need, more fucking advertising!

Yeah, I guess I don’t know ‘fashion’, of course Will I Am claims to, and look at the cars he builds!

Here’s the problem......the law says you can right on red after you stop and after you ascertain that the way is clear - this includes pedestrians as well as cross traffic. And therein lies the problem, people have decided that right on red means you don’t have to stop, look, or anything else - just go right on

Why would this be the subject of a recall? There’s no flaw in the vehicle, it’s simply an inexpensive normal car that doesn’t have an immobilizer. Put a damn steering wheel lock on it - jeez.

brown is an elite paint color for a car.”

Is that a ladder on the side by the rear window?

I’m looking forward to seeing (hearing) the results!

Better seats for my classic Mini - the oem ones were old, tired and weren’t particularly good when new.

Really? No votes for a modern MINI? 3 cyl turbo motor, great fuel mileage, manual 6 speed trans, panoramic sunroof etc etc, and perfect for someone of smaller stature since the seats can be raised as well as moved forward.

It will only become a thing if people fall for it and start paying. I think there might be a market for an enterprising young talent to figure out how to unlock features hiding behind a paywall.

I sold a Jag E-Type to them several years ago, they were super easy to deal with and gave me a fair price for my car - wired the money to my bank and sent a truck to get it. Easy peasy......

PR may not be the favorite track, but it provides great viewing for the fans, almost impossible to wreck safety for the drivers and it really shows what a smooth competent driver can do with a fast car. Reims may be the nostalgic track favorite, but trying to bring it into the modern age would just not work.

I think you all missed a good bet - why not a Mini Cooper? Hatchback, check. Fun to drive in the twisties? Check. Room for the odd whatever? Yes, the rear seats fold down to make an amazing amount of space. Good fuel mileage, turbo power, 6 speed automatic with paddle shifters - all you need to have a great time

Max did not have a puncture - he thought he did - but it turned out he ran over debris which lodged in his floor, and losing about 20% or the car’s downforce.

How about we go to the source of the problem? The driver! Better driver training before getting a license to start with would make a huge difference.

For those who don’t live near the coasts but instead here in the great flyover, NW Arkansas is a great driving experience - plenty of twisty, curvy up and downs and lite to no traffic unless you’re in the more touristy areas....and a few miles away from there you’re golden again. Southern Missouri also has some

My Innocenti, freshly washed and ready to come home from the paintshop.....

Why is it that my replies don’t show up to anyone but me? Why are some greyed out and others readable? I’ve been a reader since the site began, and tho I don’t post a lot I would do more if I thought anyone would read them! Can you fix this?
