I think they should cut the number of laps in half, and just install moving obstacles in the road. Hell it wouldn't even need to be moving, just put a single k-rail in the middle of the one of the straights to spice things up a bit!

One can of four loko killed two teenagers? I find that hard two believe, I am more inclined to think that the drug related items mentioned in the source article had a significant impact on the death.
