This actually moves the iPad from my "Meh" list to my "potentially want" list. The price still puts it out of my reach, but I am now actually intrigued by the iPad. Well done Apple

I think I would rather live in one of the smaller houses above (assuming they are more than one room huts). I really hate the ultramodern design of just a bunch blocks. I want a dream house that will look good if a family lives in it.
I am curious to know the range on a gasoline powered super car because 250 mi sounds like decent range. I mean my 95 Camry has a range of about 275 city. Yes my car is 16 years old, but I doubt most supercars get super good range even in this day and age.
@Itsmrmarlboroman2u: Google only releases the source for Android. They do not release any of the code for the real money making machine that is there search algorithm. That is a HIGHLY guarded secret.
maybe they will have an android tablet that is for sale on the 7th not just shown with a video playing on it
@xido: I said I don't remember (I'm away at school and the tent is in a another state). I did link to the tarptent equivalent of my tent. When I have more time I will dig deeper and see if anyone still sells my tent online. Sorry :(
@carolinajwl: i could not find my tent, but this is the comapny that makes my dad's tent [www.tarptent.com]
@carolinajwl: its one of the REI backpacking tents from 6 years ago. It is a bit of a PITA to assemble, but once you learn it it is great. i will look around the REI site to see if I can find the specific make and model. (If in doubt go with the REI half dome tent)
@NaraVara: time to buy a signal jammer
@PinballFan: if you look carefully there are vents at the top.
my tent uses one pole, takes about 2.5 min to set up in the rain, and has an actual rain fly, with two nice large vestibules. Also, it actually exists, and I have used it on numerous backpacking trips, I'll stick with that thank you very much
@LeadfootYT: Touche!
I thought Soviet Russia was all shades of grey and red. This throws my entire perception of reality into question. Also, long live Kodachrome (which it looks like was used for this photo)
I love how the guy who actually draws and is an artist was also the only one who brought a Windows machine.
@minibeardeath: i found this video that shows a MASSIVE ant colony being unearthed
@Destronok: I really love the concrete casts of termite mounds, those things are fucking huge!
Wow. I was getting lost just in the video walk through let alone being in the cave. Imagine how terrifying that would be if the lights went out.
@ctyotyler: when you go digital. film does not have pixels per-sea, and thus can be blown up to nearly any size with little loss. it just depends on how good the film is
@the_sidewinder: a disc is a cylinder with a height of delta x
@MyCityScreams: Damn you. i was gonna say the exact same thing!! you stole my thunder
