@streeeeetch: couldn't cook? ouch. that really sucks. (Im not just being sexist here, I love the fact that my girlfriend knows how to cook because we can make freaking awesome meals together, and I can ask her to help me out on something, and I don't have to take 5 min to show her the proper way to prepare anything,

@xperiate: oh I agree completely that donating money (especially on this level) is always a good this. I was just having a pessimistic day. plus it was a Dilbert reference which clearly nobody got. oh well

@jnemesh: what is the price on said tv?

@Copernileo: compared to $2000 yes it is. just like time and the universe, its all relative

the makes it run faster right?

@streeeeetch: hahyahahaha at the girlfriend. I actually said electricity because duh!!!

just look at all that room for presents!!!

@alexjmscott: yeah. I dont really remember much from chem 151 I knew it had to do with the delocalized orbitals, but thats not really my focus of study.

@pixelpushing: what non-I product uses the 30pin connector? (Im not disputing your logic. I have just never seen anything but the ipod, iphone, and ipad use the 30-pin connector unless you are referring to all the ipod docks out there)

I could never be effective with this OS model. I am the type of person who needs to compartmentalize what im working on. I even use two different browsers to separate leisure browsing from school/work browsing. Also, having an application for word processing, movies/tv, and even using an email client rather than web

This seems like it could be used to great effect by lobbying groups. If they out out their studies, and arguments, then at the end of the article mention where their funding compes from (or the bottom of a web page), then the sleeper effect would be in full effect on the people whose minds they are trying to change.

considering that I was born in 1990, I was introduced to the original 3 star wars on VHS (the first trilogy set). My dad did not have any Star Trek on tape, so I never got to enjoy those when I was young enough to ignore the cheesiness of the original series.

@MaNiFeX: Wow. I just saw that and almost burst out laughing. He really does look quite smashed

@tomsomething: Im not trying justify their actions. I was simply playing devil's advocate to point out that anonymous is attempting to act on their moral principles, and that they are not acting in a petty manner.

@mcamaj: ah. my dad is 6'6" and my younger bro is on his way to 6'6" so the jetta has just enough room to fit us.

Wow. I never realized how much they changed the nose on the jetta in the last 2 years. Looking at the VW website, the nose on my parent's 2009 Jetta wagon looks almost exactly like the current Passat. I like that style a lot better than the current nose on the jetta. Why did they have to get rid of the separate panel

@mcamaj: even with the automatic transmission, the jetta diesel wagon is a damn fun car, considering that it is a station wagon.

@tomsomething: I am not saying that I agree with anonymous or Mastercard. I am simply trying to point out that Anonymous' response is not necessarily bitchy or petty. They are simply standing up for what they believe in in the manner they see fit. Morally both mastercard/visa, and anonymous are right and wrong. (I

@tomsomething: That is one perspective. Another perspective is that Mastercard and Visa were pressured/forced by the US government to cut funding to wikileaks in order to silence the organization for daring to expose the illegal actions of the government. from that perspective, Anonymous is simply standing up for

@chaboud: that would be freaking sweet!
