I don't really consider it piracy when Nintendo refuses to sell the original product to certain customers. If the don't want NA customers to buy this game for whatever asinine reason, then NA customers can't really be faulted for attaining the game through any means necessary.

Mario Strikers Charged is my favorite game on the Wii, and I don't even really play any sports games. It's a blast to play with friends and the CPU is tough while only being a little cheap.
