@Time Pilot AKA: You can use Google Voice with any phone. Only on Android & Blackberry does Google have native apps that streamline the whole process.

@neekap: Wi-Fi has nothing to do with it not working with Google Voice. Apple has your cell # tied in with their systems. So when someones calls your GV number its the same as calling someone on Sprint on Evo and hoping FaceTime to work.
