The people at Gawker did a hell of a thing when they hired Greg Howard to write for them, and I am sure I’m not the only one who is thankful they did.

Watched this in class and girl next to me is literally on verge of tears. Nature's fucked up
you know what I find offensive? 18 year olds getting shot and prosecutors intentionally throwing the case
If I were Indian or Jewish, for example, and watched something where the characters are Jewish or supposed to be, and if it's not specific to that, then I start to wonder, "Why are they doing this?"
"That show is awkward because there's actually no reason for that character to be Indian."
"I don't really care what sector of society it shows." Of course you don't, when nearly every show has a white male protagonist of course you don't fucking care. Just like privileged people with the best healthcare don't care if we get universal health care or not. And rich people don't care that college tuition is so…
On Gawker this morning they mentioned that he also wrote a book called Rag Doll. Here's the summary on Amazon:
"There are reasons why white gun's rights activists can walk into a Chipotle restaurant with assault rifles and be seen as gauche nuisances while unarmed black men are killed for reaching for their wallets or cell phones, or carrying children's toys."
When we get to the end of the year to pick our favorite stories of 2014, this will be one of mine. Not the assy way the media has reported on Jay, but this exact story of this family supporting their son. His mom rocks.
I wonder if he goes to the same doctor, or did he have to Shop Around?
Probably because no one goes to the Window's Store lol!
