I'm in the same boat as you here. I'm going to buy a Vita in the next couple weeks, due to having a huge collection of Vita games (thanks PS+) already, and the cross-play with the PS4. I'm hoping for a price cut at E3, but I wouldn't expect much in the way of hardware revision.
