Yeah, it's too bad Twitter lists aren't easier to manage. You can't easily search, filter, or reorganize them without using a third-party tool, and even then, it's a pain. That said, they're much better than nothing, and I use them a lot.

It's also worth noting that a lot of restaurants (especially large chains, like the restaurant mentioned in the article, California Pizza Kitchen) have nutritional info available. All you have to do it ask your waiter for it. You can often look it up online, as well.
