That's what makes Ryan Wilder a true superhero.
That's what makes Ryan Wilder a true superhero.
Same thing happened with Hemsworth and Thor. He looks creepy in the first Thor with peroxide eyebrows.
I think what could help is S2 will be getting to more book content that actually features Ciri. S1 adapted mainly the short stories, which don’t feature her at all. So her aimless running around last season was invented for the show.
It’s creepy and gross by modern standards, but the time period they’re complaining about is almost 100 years gone by this point. In the 1920s the concept of adolescence as we know it hadn’t been established yet. That doesn’t make it right, but a lot of things were different.
This is probably a bad take for around these parts and I’m not trying to be incendiary. Maybe it’s because it all happened during the pandemic and a lot of people were at their max bandwidth for stuff but, when it comes to the Ellis shit, I hit an emotional wall of apathy.
Don't feel bad for the idle rich. Eat them.
That Sienkiewicz art is something else. I don't think I appreciated it when I first read this stuff as a kid.
I wanted him to pop up in the Netflix stuff too, but after seeing WandaVision and FalconBucky, I’m glad it’s being adapted with the scale of production MarvelFeige is capable.
It really is worth looking up the original run by Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz. The writing and art evolve and tell some great stories. Sienkiewicz’s art in particular evolves spectacularly from typical house style into the bonkers art he became known for on New Mutants. Issue 26 “Hit It” is a particular stand out.
You filthy casual
Well these are also workplaces. So imagine any dumbass shitty boss you’ve ever had and transpose it over to HBO
She really served the scene. Good on her.
Like Uncle Walt himself once said: "I am a slut for money." Of course an ad for this is nested in another ad. The American dream.
I think this would be the best way. I mentioned BP writer Priest in another post. His comic storyline had an interesting storyline with an alt-version of T’Challa getting sick with and succumbing to a brain aneurysm.
I would love some kind of Kasper Cole story. I think the MCU has cribbed heavily from Christopher Priest’s Black Panther and other Marvel work. So adapting another of his characters/concepts makes sense.
Where are my Makluans?!?!
Out of nowhere I'm going to guess Nereus and 2 is going to be some Xebelian nonsense.
Agree with you completely. Sometimes I just want to catch up with my friend or ask for advice, we don't have to 69 every time.
Why not paint Ashley Eckstein orange?
Welcome to Krakoa, hope you survive the experience.
