So much yuck going on here. Terry Richardson doesn't use consenting models because power and control plays a large factor in what gets him off. Just like any other rapist or abuser. He likes coercion.

Everything about this guy makes me want to throw up. Even his favorite sandwich.

Artist or predator?

Are you being rhetorical, or are you genuinely confused as to why people think certain sexual interests would be counter to feminist beliefs?

It's confusing to some people because honestly, the idea that women as a class can and should be as empowered as men doesn't seem that radical or hard to get behind. Maybe it's not your hobby or your career, but why would you be unsupportive of it?

I just saw this Keira Knightley quote and I will post it:

"There is an under-representation of our stories, just as there is an under-representation of us in politics and in business and everywhere. That's what feminism is [to me] right now – the recognition that we are still not equal. I absolutely love guys. I love

I do not understand this behavior on any level, and I am saying this as a fan. I am one of those dopes who has waited in lines at cons, waited at stage doors (in small groups), and I understand the kind of fan who waits hours to stand behind a fence at a red carpet or the like. But what does this get you as a fan?

Yeah, no one knows but you and your partner. But it's important to remember where things like that came from and understand how everything connects/interacts.

Thanks, I too, find her statement incrediby problematic, troubling and harmful but I've come to accept that Jezebel and its commenters are very much into this kind of thing.

The following statement is so NOT THE EXPERIENCE OF MOST WOMEN, GIRLS, BOYS, MEN, PRISONERS, SLAVES and the DEAD around the world that I cannot even begin to address how self absorbed, uninformed and deeply offensive her statement is.

I've had men stand there for an uncomfortable amount of time and basically refuse to walk through the door unless I went first. It's extremely annoying.

Just wanted an excuse to post this gif, don't mind me.

This does not surprise me, sadly. I've had quite a few men behave weirdly whenever I opened the door for them (not just behind me) and usually they were carrying stuff.

A guy held the door open for me the other day and I immediately invited him over so that he could fuck my wife and make me a cuckold.

The funny thing is, Paula is on record saying she loved Blurred Lines. So its kind of odd that we're saying his intrinsic misogyny was the cause.

I was dating someone who was pressuring me into an open relationship and sought informal advice from a very seasoned psychiatrist I know who's treated a lot of couples.

At least we don't need to hear him use "My wife is cool with it" as a reason why what he does is feminism?

They may have had an open marriage. Some of his behavior (being photographed with other women, for instance) still might have violated whatever their agreement was. Or maybe something related to his higher profile threw off the previously existing balance.

I really hope he's thinking he can trade up. Because my favorite thing about Robin Thicke is how oblivious he seems to be to the egg timer that's counting down his fifteen minutes.

I took my mom to hear Gloria Steinem read about 15 years ago and she (my mother) was all cynical about feminism, which to her meant not shaving your legs and combing your hair. After the reading, we all got the chance to greet Ms. Steinem and shake her hand and my mom blurted out, "Thank you for everything you've
