Kenya has had M-Pesa for years. And now Equitel. You pay for goods and services everywhere... shops, supermarkets etc, withdraw directly from the bank, deposit to bank, borrow loans via phone... And all this is done with any phone... No smart phones required.

Give us, non-US citizens the names of the companies which supported the bill. We don’t have power over who US citizens choose to elect but we do have something we can do. There are corporations which operate world wide and online. Give us those names.
