The fucking shamelessness it takes for a guy who voted for DOMA to incorporate a gray pride flag into one of his signs is incredible.

I always feel guilty when I do most of the “evil” actions in video games. Like, the bad route tends to make you an asshole for no reason.

What I love about Kung Fu Hustle is that despite how ridiculous it is, the action scenes are all really well choreographed.

It’s because Odyssey is too damn big.

Weirdly enough I like persistent corpses in video games, though you’re right that here they can break immersion. It’s kind of disappointing to struggle through wave after wave of enemy, then look around and not see any tangible result of your handwork except less ammo and a smaller health bar.

No, it really couldn’t. Horseshoe theory is well-known bullshit. Both sides are not the same. Also, liberals aren’t the left.

It’s dumb and fun, which gave it widespread appeal. I always appreciated how their cars all appeared to have, like, 25 gears. It’s like how more than 4 hubcaps fall off the car in one of the Bullitt chase scenes.

It’s not someone’s only job. They’d still be employed. You’re just creating extra work for them.

People not wearing fucking masks seriously made me reconsider anarchism.

Nah, that’s perfectly reasonable, it’s an enjoyable film. It just wildly misses the point of the graphic novel. It’s perfectly fine, just not a great adaptation.

Depends on the game for me, the Master Chief Collection works way better with a controller, games like CS:GO are a lot better with a keyboard and mouse.

It seriously has one of the best hallway fights.

The Outer Worlds had the same problem

I prefer physical games because file sizes are getting ridiculous. Stuff like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Horizon: Zero Dawn are just ridiculous. One of the things I appreciate about From Software games is that the file sizes are reasonable.

I’ve been playing Ghosts of Tsushima pretty much nonstop

breaking: state capitalism is now communism

I already own X-plane, and all this Kotaku coverage is making me want to buy this game

Toronto to Shanghai can also be like 17 hours, it’s not a fun flight if it’s crowded.

I’ve done something similar (Chicago to London) before, but I also set the autopilot and went to bed instead of sitting at the computer the entire time.

Same experience with the Studebaker people and Miata people.

At least the Miata people are well aware that it’s not the car’s specs that make it fun, so they don’t get in a bunch of pointless whiny pissing contests with Camaro people or whatever

It’s always hilarious when the people who say “triggered” are too stupid to know what it means.
