It's basically the same torrent site with a different category title. It doesn't add much of anything that would be useful for 3d cad files. Thingiverse (which could also use some improvement) is a much better starting point for 3d printable models.

I have the Belkin charger but I no longer use/like it. It worked fine charging both an original Droid and a Droid Incredible at the same time.
