The CNNMoney article seems a bit half assed...

@gpzbc: But it is still a subscription that ends up being much more expensive than most other apps over time. Especially when there are alternatives that are much cheaper or free in the case of lastpass's own bookmarklets that work almost as well as this does.

@Jeremy Couch: Thanks, I knew about the bookmarklets but never tried using them on my phone until seeing this post.

I don't normally complain about the price for an app but I'm not a fan of the subscription model for something like this. It would be a much easier purchase if it were a few bucks one time.

@fughedaboudit: Apple didn't have an app store in the beginning.

@DavinClytias: There is a show desktop button in 7, it is just in a different spot.

@Return of DaOtter: Did you even read what I said? Of course nothing will 100% prevent tickets from radar or laser but there are counter measures that will reduce the chances of it happening if you know how to use it correctly.

@Illundiel: Only Radar jammers have a federal law making them illegal. Various states have laws against laser jammers but most don't.

@gallahad: You are correct. That is why you see officers in the median of freeways a lot, it is a relatively straight shot.

@CraigJW: A lot of police officers will tell you that too. All they are really saying is that they are ignorant on the subject and haven't taken the time to learn how various counter measures work.

@KegParty: Not in all situations. Some weather (fog, rain, etc.) can reduce its effectiveness. Radar can be used from a moving vehicle while Lidar needs to be stationary.

@HenryES: Anything that constantly uses GPS is going to eat your battery quickly.

Are you sure this isn't a really old video? That stove looks like it is from the 80's.

The battery info from *#*#4636#*#* looks like the same info that Spare Parts shows.

@peasant slayer: Inventor isn't what is being made for Mac's, at least not yet. AutoCAD is still a mechanical design program, and a horrible one at that.

Who still uses AutoCAD for anything besides legacy drawings?

@reddevil3: Despite what this post post says, CM6 isn't available for the Galaxy S series of phones yet. CM6.1 should work on them when it is released.

The threaded area is the part that gets the dirtiest and hardest to clean for me with mineral build up. A second threaded part would just add more work. For any bottle with a normal size opening a brush would seem to work just fine for cleaning inside it.

@pvcrisp: Click through to the flickr gallery. It has descriptions for everything.

@russg: There is also AndroNoter that is free without ads.
