@Lymed: right on! i ended up with these after puberty, so i'm thinking it's my genetic luck over here (not very strong collagen, i guess?)

maybe Katie is performing a social experiment since she knows all eyes are on her anyway. and if pegged/baggy denim gets trendy within the next year or so, she can be assured of just how influential she is. or something.
@MissTicklebritches: Tom Robbins called it a "peachclam" in Still Life with Woodpecker.
how about getting stretch marks even when you're not pregnant? or gaining/losing weight? i'm 26 and i have freaking stretch marks on my upper thigh, what the hell..
must be fun to live in L.A. and see shit like this on the street, even if it's just for a movie
back when i wore lipstick, i was a "sharp-angled but curved," and damn if it doesn't describe me. except for being helpful, because i'm a selfish only child like that.
this is so interesting to me, because i never realized that these characters all fit a specific archetype. actually, it´s kindof a letdown, because i generally loved these characters. AND the girls in Tom Robbins novels - i´m a huge TR fan.
@funnyface: i fully agree. although i get the point where her character´s primary function is to "inspire" (or whatever..) the male lead.
i think we can all agree that Joe Francis is exacerbating a societal problem for profit — and THAT is loathsome in the extreme
@petmilk: with you.
@tscheese: girl, you need your own show. for real.
@citrus_buddha: i had a single mom too, and despite her having to work nights, commute across state lines, go to school AND work at the same time, she still managed to be somehow entirely overbearing (i think she may have cloned herself). the mind boggles.
no, really - who is that guy? just random? or are they together?
@Dear Blond Diary...: not judging! i just never understood what the big deal was with infertility. i mean, i´m probably infertile (various health things...) but then, i don´t want kids, so it just never bothered me.
@Meg: wow, i´ve seriously never thought about it that way. i guess since i don´t want kids, and my friends don´t have kids, it´s just never come up (and good thing, or i would have been unknowingly offensive about it). but thanks for letting me know! because no joke, i am really socially awkward, and i would have…
@whats_in_a_name: @Meg: wow, i had no idea age increases the likelihood of twins. you would kinda assume the opposite, right?
@Meg: i didn´t mean for that to come off as insensitive, but is IVF really something to be embarrassed about?
Michelle Williams and Spike Jonz are so f-ing cute.
so now every celebrity is having twins? IVF much?
dammit, Scarlett, i´m all back and forth on you. i fell for you in Ghost World and Lost in Translation and then you left me hanging with everything you did after that. and then the Tom Waits covers, which were eh.
