I’m not saying they shouldn’t be compensated for the software--of course they should! But they should also have a reasonable return policy since it really costs them nothing to do so. If people want it, they should pay for it. If they don’t they shouldn’t be railroaded into buying it.

Sound waves are directional like most waves.  Notice how loud a fire truck is when it’s approaching you as opposed to when it has passed you.  Sitting behind this thing would be loud, but nothing that some earplugs and muffs can’t control.

How’s someone going to remove a glass-panel roof on a car on delivery day for a STUNT? They’re not supposed to come off at all and you think the kid’s going at the adhesive with a putty knife while dad drives down the interstate>

You mean a car company that uses $1.25 Home Depot housing trim for critical components in it’s operation has a glass roof fly completely off while in transit on a $50k vehicle?
