Cure my ignorance, how much different is this than infant circumcision? Also, it has been my understanding that docking the tail isn't really a big deal since there is no anesthetic. That clipping the ears is a much bigger deal due to the anesthetic. I don't cosign either practice, i just would like to be edumacated.

Watch them, especially if you can watch them straight through. The jumping back-and-forth can be confusing at times but it is pretty good, IMO.
