How much would you save on tyres going for the smaller wheels?

My driving instructor taught me all this during my first driving lesson in 2005 and made me set everything up properly before I was allowed to do anything else every lesson.
I love Harris' outputs but really disagree with him on the Up and the Golf. I've driven both on business trips and they are not as good as their cheaper competitors. On top of that VW dealers in the UK never seem to offer significant discounts.
Normal golfs are super boring and you pay a premium for it.
It’s not some brilliant insurance fraud scheme? Write the car off and make it more valuable in the process?
These things are pretty rare in the UK because the Mi16 engine was a popular swap for the 205GTi back in the day.
Pugs of this era are pretty easy to work on. Parts might be an issue but these cars have a lot of stuff in common with a large pool of cars and the 405 design is technically one of most manufactured of all time and still in production.
Will probably have a longer range the W16 cars...
What’s more annoying is when you clean your wheels then all that crap is thrown onto them as soon as you drive anywhere.
This is how bad the war on true coupes has gone. James Bond getting an Aston with back doors is far more of a betrayal to me than switching to electric power.
There’s a big difference between ‘cheap new car you own’ and a rental car (Or a cheap car when it’s old and super cheap). Rentals cars are all sports cars that you drive at 100% because it’s not yours to care about. If you buy a really cheap new car you’ll still have spent a lot of money and probably won’t be rich…
For gods sake glue a Speedo in front of the steering wheel.
I think this will be the easiest Tesla to sell to a mainstream audience but I also think it will be the one with the hardest competition for that same audience from existing car companies. I think Merc, Volvo, VAG, Jag... will have have cars to match it in every way by the time it's actually in the street and i think…
Sone one else’s project that’s not worth what was put into it. Also ‘choice of wheels’ instantly make my brain go to ‘so what am I actuality buying and what price are you actually offering?’.
It wouldn’t around a corner. You drive round a roundabout at 90mph in a 205 gti.
I’m really confused why someone in Japan imported a LHD car over a RHD example.
70 electric models is not actually a big number for the VW group. These numbers often count different body styles as separate models to. 70/12 is just less than 6.
I think a fair split of money would bring in new teams. Would be sad to see red bull go but would be worth it if it meant new teams could survive.
I love these but I always forget how exspensive they are. I think that would be an issue owning one as most people will think it's a 15 year old Mx5/MGTF and treat is like a banger.
I saw one in the metal for the first time in Boston last year and I think these looked brilliant. It's a shame the coupe non sports convertibles seem to be dying out.
