Wouldn’t a better method of pricing be to compare the prices of cars available in both locations and develop a conversion factor? Even if you ignore taxes cars cost different amounts in different countries for all kinds of reasons.
I think they might be an American issue as petrol iss cheap and people don’t seen to think there’s any chance of it shooting up. There’s a few nonluxury electric cars like the Renault Zoe, Focus, Golf, the E up! (Which is a hilarious name in British english) and the leaf.
