My fondest memory about this show was how they'd have to run a disclaimer about their maps because they might have become outdated by air time. The Soviet Union had just gone under, and there were all these new countries scattered about, some of them forming almost overnight. Also, Lynne Thigpen was terrific.

One of the best bits about the Flash suit was when Tina McGee explained to Barry why it was red. She said it was a diving suit they'd gotten cheap from Soviet surplus. (The Soviet Union had collapsed the year before.)
