I’ve made many Beyond burgers at home, they usually turn out around medium rare. I tried the Impossible burger at Cheesecake Factory—it was a hockey puck. I’m certain they left my dish in the oven to warm while my girlfriend’s food was still being prepared, and any juiciness just baked away.
