Yea, I don’t ever see this being practical. Like at all. I was taught to always scan the area to the front and the sides of the mower for this reason. Even when I did it for a job in the summer it was pretty much the rule. I could not ever see anyone doubling the time it takes to cut their lawn by walking it first.

I just tell my kids that whatever they leave out there is effing toast.

Not investing before paying off debt kind of makes sense. Get your foundation right as soon as possible before building the rest of the house. Focus on the things dragging you down makes sense, especially if you have a lot of debt.

I don't take it as a personal insult, but I do take it as a waste of my time. If you want to haggle with me, haggle with me over email, do NOT agree to a certain price then meet me in person and try to haggle me down more. That just pisses me off.
