You must be smart and rich.

I understand. And none of that is new, is it? Quite old really. It will continue.

You must know that it doesn’t matter. The subtle facts have nothing to do with what Trump wanted to get across - that John McCain was a loser and a liar and a war criminal, that his legacy is fraudulent. That was the meat. The details of which church when and who authorized matter not at all.

In one corner, anti-Semitism. In the other, pro-Semitism.

And others who don’t feel comfortable or safe signing this letter.*

I get that it’s hip to be anti-Semitic these days but can we please not institutionalize it? Just today Trump said that it’s time to recognize Golan Heights as part of Israel. He already moved the embassy to Jerusalem. He’s going to collect all - all - of their votes.  I guess as Texas turns blue New York will turn

So you admit that guns are a mere convenience.

Sup.

Everyone’s against guns until you start talking about farmers.  I honestly don’t care about them and don’t think that they should be holdup for a complete ban.  They’ll find a way to take care of their inconveniences without killing machines.

What a sloppy and lazy comment. Feminism isn’t the boogeyman the right wants it to be. Feminism is a response to a legacy of Americanism rooted in EuroNormativity.  So sorry that makes her uncomfortable.

When people start calling her Dan.

“When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail.”

I have something against the larger farming/agg companies that don’t care about the health of their consumers but nothing against the smaller, local ones.  In fact I appreciate them greatly.  They still should not be afforded an exemption.

None of that “more” requires a gun.  They’re begin afforded an exemption based on some nostalgic idea of their work.  Modern farming does not require guns.  I’m not sure how old school farming required guns either.

I already edited that comment above.  Farmers obvs aren’t lazy but this issue pisses me off and I don’t agree with the exception.

Very rarely only because better alternatives exist, like ARs and handguns. Take those away and we may see a small decrease in gun violence but a huge increase in homicidal bolt-action use.

Nobody needs a gun. Guns may make some things easier, but nobody needs a gun.

Nobody needs a gun. Guns may make some things easier for lazy folks like farmers, but nobody needs a gun.

I was referring to all bolt action rifles, most of which are military in nature and compare easily to the sniper rifle.  What do you think hunting rifles are?  Sniper rifles for animals, basically.

Exactly.
