Dumb bombs did pretty well in WWII!
They practically lay waste most of Europe!
And they killed 200000 Germans in Dresden.
I think they will do pretty well on ISIS and others down there, dropped in large enough amounts.
And the Russians have no problems with collateral damage and dropping enough bombs! they don’t give…
